Al Wright is a Labor and Employee Relations leader with more than a decade of progressive experience advising organizations on complex workplace matters, union navigation, and employee relations strategy. He partners with executive leadership, managers, and frontline employees to resolve high-risk issues while strengthening organizational trust and operational integrity.

His expertise spans labor relations strategy, grievance management, workplace investigations, EEOC compliance, contract interpretation, performance management advisory, and federal and state employment law compliance. Al has facilitated Volunteer Information Meetings (VIMS) and employee education sessions designed to ensure staff understand their workplace rights, representation options, and organizational policies.

Al's core strength lies in persuasion, trust-building, and strategic communication. He has a proven track record of establishing credibility with frontline employees, managers, and senior leadership alike — allowing him to bridge gaps, de-escalate conflict, and restore alignment in challenging environments.

Throughout his career, Al has held leadership roles including Human Resources Director, Sr. Employee Relations Manager, People & Culture Manager, and Project Manager — consistently strengthening workplace culture, improving engagement outcomes, and reducing labor-related risk.
