Transcript

Every person inside a Culture Academy organization moves through the same journey — five distinct stages, one continuous story, from the day they consider joining to the day they graduate as an alum. The journey is structured, not implied: Candidate, Connect, Develop, Lead, and Graduate — each stage with its own program, milestones, and accountability. Stage one, Candidate, is the culture-first pre-hire experience: long before the offer, candidates learn what the organization actually believes, meet the people they'd work alongside, and self-assess against the values. Stage two, Connect, is the first ninety days of belonging: new hires are paired with a certified Guide, complete a welcome experience, and hit specific milestones the platform tracks — this is where turnover is won or lost. Stage three, Develop, is where every employee builds a Career Blueprint mapped to real internal opportunities, then works through learning pathways tied to that blueprint. The develop stage runs on the built-in Learning Center — courses, lessons, and quizzes tied to your competency model, with completion tracked on the readiness scorecard. Stage four, Lead, sends ready employees into Leadership Labs — structured cohorts mixing stretch assignments, peer coaching, and Guide-led reflection. Stage five, Graduate, closes the loop with recognition, an alumni network, and a legacy record — people leave as advocates. Behind all five stages is the Culture Passport, the living record every employee carries; milestones from Candidate through Graduate are stamped into the same passport, giving leadership a real-time view of cultural progress across the entire workforce. One system, five stages, every person accounted for.
