Setting up a new organization on The Culture Academy takes minutes, not months. Every organization inherits the same architecture — a five-stage employee journey, a Culture Passport for every person, and role-based access from the founder down to the individual employee. Tenant creation is intentionally gated: only the founder or a platform administrator can spin up a new workspace, so every organization on the network is vetted and accountable. Organizations begin by requesting access through the demo form; leadership submits company details, expected headcount, and the culture challenges they're solving. During setup, leadership chooses an investment tier — from Foundation for growing teams to Enterprise for full strategic partnership — controlling seat capacity, implementation depth, and how much of the Culture Academy team stays embedded during rollout. Every tier ships with structured implementation and a launch team that configures values, seeds the academy, and stands up the Culture Passport for your first cohort. Once live, the setup team aligns each program stage to your organization's specific values, competency model, and leadership language. Licensing covers every employee seat, every manager console, and a baseline pool of certified Guide licenses. The Culture Academy is built by practitioners — founded by Al Wright, an operator who has run culture and people functions inside the organizations you're trying to become. When you're ready to move from evaluating to building, contact opens the setup call — within one working day the founding team confirms your tier, provisions your tenant, and locks the launch date for your first cohort. Company setup, done.
